Dr. Juanito Reyes PT DPT received his bachelor of Physical Therapy from Emilio Aguinaldo College in 1999. He has worked in multiple settings such as orthopedic, neurological, and geriatrics for more than 10 years. Dr. Reyes is a board certified physical therapist in both Philippines and NY, USA and his graduate work includes Transitional Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and received S. Herdman vestibular rehabilitation training from Emory University.

Stretching Routine For People who are NOT Flexible. ( Tight and Stiff)
Doc Jun Reyes will demonstrate stretching exercises that will help people regain their flexibility. The benefits of stretching for seniors include: better posture, increased range of motion, and even decreased back pain! Not to mention having more flexibility decreases the risk of injury and falls.
Aging affects many different parts of the body. When it comes to flexibility, your muscles, joints and tendons all change in a way that impacts flexibility for seniors and can affect your mobility, strength and more.
These complete easy exercises for people who are not Flexible can be performed at home without any special equipment. These stretching exercises for elders will help improve their bone and joint pain, balance, coordination, mental awareness, and much more.
Doing this together will allow you to spend more quality time with your elderly parents. For best results, perform these stretches every day. You can perform it in the morning before breakfast and/or in the evening before bedtime.
As with all exercise programs, before starting consult your physician. And remember to only do what feels comfortable. If there is any pain, stop immediately.

doc maraming salamat po alam ko na po kug saan nanggagaling yung hilo ko yung last session ninyo po doon po ako nakaramdam ng hilo salamat po
bilis po ng epekto sakin halos 4months natong Biglang Mag riringing sounds tas humihina yung pandinig ko kase mga 2months palang ginagawa ko yung hinihinla yung tenga tas papatunugin pero saglit lang meron nanaman , pero after koto ginawa ang laking ginhawa sa pandinig ko ngayon siguro dahil to sa kaka babad ang earbuds ko hanggang sa maka tulugan kona , Ngayon yung pandinig ko pag naka mga 10% volume Dinig na dinig ko na pero nung diko pa nagagawa tong ganitong Massage mga 40% volume sobrang hina na Hindi kona gano madinig , After ko ngayon mag massage ng tenga gaya ng turo nyo po doc Ang lakas na ng pandinig ko dati kase mga 50% volume na bibingi nako tas nung netong January 2024 nag simula na yung Pag hina ng pandinig ko pero ngayong Jun 30 2024 Parang nag reset balik sa dati yung pandinig ko 😄 Salamat po at may natutunan nanaman po ulit ako 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼♥️♥️ Maraming salamt po ulit Doc 😊

So at least I proved it that the way I massage from frozen shoulder is correct. I did the armpit massage to a stroke patient and eventually he can raise and move his hands around. He was happy..
